How NTOE Grew Its Pipeline 51% and Search Visibility Nearly 4x in 90 Days

NTOE (Nazareth’s Team of Experts), a water damage, fire, and mold remediation company serving the greater Los Angeles market, grew inbound leads 51.5%—from 68 to 103—in 90 days while expanding its search visibility nearly 4x through an integrated SEO, web development, and platform integration engagement with Logic Inbound.

The Challenge

Before the engagement, NTOE faced two overlapping problems: limited search visibility and a fragmented system for managing its network of subaccounts.

On the search side, the site was generating 134 organic clicks from 17,401 impressions per 90-day period, at an average ranking position of 10.5. For a restoration business where jobs are often won the moment a homeowner searches for emergency help, that position—near the bottom of page one—generates impressions but loses the majority of available clicks to higher-ranked competitors. The opportunity was visible in the data; the infrastructure to capture it was not in place.

On the operational side, NTOE manages a network of 104 subaccounts, each representing a part of the broader service operation. Without a centralized platform, reporting was inconsistent, follow-through was difficult to enforce, and growth was hard to attribute or replicate. The business had real capacity; what was missing was the system to direct and measure it.

The Approach

The engagement ran on two parallel tracks: expanding NTOE’s digital presence and consolidating its operational infrastructure.

Search and visibility. Logic Inbound audited NTOE’s existing digital presence and confirmed that Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console were properly configured as the measurement baseline. From there, the work covered four areas: web development and design updates including a new logo, CRO improvements on priority pages, refined calls to action, and added social proof elements; standard SEO including content development, title and tag optimizations, and backlink building; local landing page buildout targeting key Los Angeles submarkets including Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and West LA; and local SEO work focused on Google Business Profile optimization, profile completion, and a structured process for generating client reviews.

Platform integration. Simultaneously, 95 of NTOE’s 104 subaccounts were migrated into a centralized management platform, creating a unified operational and reporting structure. This migration enables consistent communication, trackable follow-through, and scalable pipeline management across NTOE’s entire service network. With the foundation now in place, the remaining 9 subaccounts represent the final step in completing the integration.

The Results

Over the following 90 days, NTOE’s pipeline and search presence both grew substantially.

The 290.3% expansion in search impressions—from 17,401 to 67,908—reflects both the SEO work and the subaccount integration, which brought significantly more of NTOE’s service pages into Google’s index. Average position moved from 10.5 to 17.4, a figure that reflects the addition of many new, younger pages entering the index rather than a decline in existing rankings. As these pages establish authority and climb in position, click volume is expected to grow proportionally. New users increased 8.3%, signaling a growing audience of first-time visitors as a leading indicator of that trend.

Inbound leads—the most direct measure of business impact—grew 51.5%, from 68 to 103. The combination of broader search coverage and a unified operational system gave the business both more inbound demand and a better infrastructure to act on it.

Conclusion

NTOE entered this engagement with a capable team and a network that represented real growth potential. In 90 days, inbound leads grew more than 50%, search visibility nearly quadrupled, and 91% of the subaccount network is now operating within a single, unified platform. The result is a business that is not only more visible online but better equipped to capture and convert that visibility into booked jobs—predictably and at scale.
