Reputation Igniter is a reputation management SaaS solution helping businesses solicit and drive more positive online reviews and get in front of bad reviews before they go live. After a business deploys the reputation management solution, an email is sent to their clients soliciting feedback on their experience. If the feedback is positive, Reputation Igniter makes it easy and encourages the client to leave a review of the business on Facebook, Yelp, or Google Reviews. If the feedback is negative, the negative feedback is forwarded to the manager for remediation.
Reputation Igniter provides reputation marketing services to hundreds of customers in dozens of states.
As a trusted marketing partner to hundreds of businesses, Reputation Igniter is consistently asked for referrals to search marketing firms. Up until meeting Logic Inbound, Reputation Igniter has refrained from making recommendations because they didn’t know anyone they could trust.
After sitting down with the Logic Inbound team, Reputation Igniter and Logic Inbound embarked on a pilot project with a Reputation Igniter customer.
That customer was ATLAS Workbase, WeWork’s #1 competition in the Seattle area.
The pilot campaign with Reputation Igniter, ATLAS Workbase and Logic Inbound was highly successful, driving hundreds of 1st page keywords and bringing in hundreds of new members to ATLAS Workbase.
